Summer On — 108 Sun Salutations
Description
June 21st is the longest day of the year, the summer solstice. In the yogic tradition, it is the most powerful moment to celebrate the new and let go of the old. And as tradition has it, we celebrate it with 108 sun salutations — a meditative and transformative sequence uniting breath, movement and intention. 108 repetitions to greet the light, recharge the body and clear the mind. The practice will be guided by Orshi at dawn on the sea of Savelletri. Last year the event sold out, gifting us an extraordinary morning. So we are doing it again. A final brunch is included after the practice. Limited spots — early booking recommended.
